The request form asks for the repeating admin task, how you handle it now, how often it comes up, and your name and email. Leave out passwords and private client details. It asks for a conversation; it does not book or confirm a consultation.
Explore the workflow
If a conversation takes place, we explore your current routine, the steps you repeat, and whether automation could fit the work. The next step depends on what that discovery shows.
Agree the scope before work begins
Any proposed implementation scope, deliverables, and pricing are discussed through consultation and agreed before work starts. There is no fixed implementation package or published implementation price.
Share updates as work progresses
For work that has been agreed, updates are shared as it progresses. Any expectations for updates are agreed as part of that work.
